When will my order arrive?
First, our team needs 2–5 days for processing. After that, the delivery gods take over:
🇺🇸 US: ~3 days
🇪🇺 UK/EU: ~5 days
🌍 Global: ~10 days
What happens if my package gets lost in transit?
It rarely happens, but if your order goes missing along the way, don't worry about it. We will replace it completely free of charge.
Returns & Exchanges
I changed my mind. Can I return it?
Of course! You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
Are there any conditions for returning an item?
Yes, all items must remain completely unworn and unwashed. Please make sure the piece is in its original condition. If it looks like it's been worn out for a day on the coast, we unfortunately can't take it back.
How do I start a return, and who covers the shipping?
You can start the process easily by logging into your account or sending us a message through our contact page. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, but to keep things as easy as possible, we have local return facilities set up in the US, the UK, and the EU.
